10. Additional Terms

Refund Placement Payment and Other Terms

• Payment: Payment for coaching services must be made in full before the commencement of the program. We accept [list of accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.].
• Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once a coaching package has been purchased and services have commenced. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider issuing a partial refund or credit at our sole discretion.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your coaching program, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refund policies may vary based on the specific circumstances of cancellation.
• No Guarantee of Job: Skillset Empowerment does not guarantee job placement. Placement is dependent on the candidate’s qualifications, job market conditions, and employer requirements.
• Best Efforts: We will make our best efforts to refer suitable job opportunities, but candidates must understand that placement depends on employer requirements and other factors beyond our control.
• Placement Support Duration: The placement support will be provided for the duration mentioned in the agreement or up to a maximum period of 6 months from the date of service initiation, whichever is earlier. If required, Placement support may be extended upon mutual agreement if the candidate is still in need of assistance.
• Terms of Employment After Placement: Skillset Empowerment does not control the terms of employment after placement. Employment is subject to the agreement between the candidate and the employer, including job description, salary, and benefits. Any disputes that arise between the candidate and the employer post-placement should be addressed directly between the parties involved. Skillset Empowerment will not be liable for such disputes.
• Termination of Services: Candidates may terminate their participation in the placement program at any time by notifying Skillset Empowerment in writing. Skillset Empowerment reserves the right to terminate placement support if the candidate fails to comply with these Terms, provides false information, or engages in misconduct.
• Limitation of Liability: Skillset Empowerment will not be liable for any failure to place a candidate in employment or for any loss or damage arising from a candidate’s failure to secure employment through our services. Skillset Empowerment is not responsible for the actions, performance, or behavior of any employer or organization providing job offers or employment to the candidate.
• Dispute Resolution: Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chengalpattu District, TamilNadu, India.

Intellectual Property Rights

• The content provided during the coaching sessions, including but not limited to materials, resources, and strategies, is the intellectual property of Skillset Empowerment and is protected by copyright laws. You may use this content for your personal use only and agree not to distribute, reproduce, or sell it without our express written consent.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed during the coaching process. This includes personal information, business information, and proprietary information.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillset Empowerment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the coaching services.   
  
  

Force Majeure

• Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control,such as natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.
